Placement at The Lead School is an IEP decision made in conjunction with a student's home district. The Lead School admissions team meets to discuss the student's IEP, recent evaluations, and discipline records to determine if The Lead School can meet his or her needs. The team then prepares a transition plan to help ease the student into the school and help him or her feel welcome.

Students are asked to accompany their parents or guardians on the tour, allowing us the opportunity to meet them and for the student to become familiar with the environment.
